This section will show off the diverse projects that our stitching team work on in the workshop; it will give insights into what the production team and our skilled stitchers get up to. Quilted Fabric is fabric constructed using a layer of wadding sandwiched between two layers of your fabric of choice. The fabric is then secured using a variety of intricate stitching lines, usually forming a repeat pattern.
The awning material we use is made from 100% acrylic fibre, a synthetic fibre made up from polymer.

We have a full range of Digital print fabrics which can be printed onto directly using a suitable inkjet printer. All fabrications are inherently flame retardant and conforms to British Standards for flame retardancy.
